Can you migrate Gift Cards from Givex to Shopify?

Yes, we absolutely can and in fact we've done 100's of Givex migrations.

*One note the only way Givex will deliver you the Gift Card export you need (with the full codes/balances) is if you close the Givex account then they'll send you the full export.

What we need is the Code and the Balance from them:

That's what we need to create the CSV for Selling Point.

They are going to deliver you the Balance and not the Initial Value in the sheet don't worry that's perfectly fine. Luckily with Selling Point you can use the Balance as the Initial Value. So you'd just duplicate the values across both columns.

Once you're done formatting you can run it through Selling Point and you're all done.
